These beautiful little sweet-treats are perfect for a quick and tasty on-the-go snack! What's more is they are so simple to make! Here, I've rolled the balls in lots of different toppings including bee pollen, goji berries, cacao powder, cacao nibs and sesame seeds, have a play with other toppings too to create a colourful plate of healthy goodies!
These little balls are free of natural sugars and contain loads of slow release energy. Great for stabilising blood sugar between meals.
You could also substitute ingredients in the balls once you get comfortable with the consistency.
