Join us at The Meadow for a morning dedicated entirely to your own health and wellbeing.
We'll meet at the cafe from 8am to enjoy a wellbeing tonic and settle into the yoga space. The 90 minute yoga class will focus on the connection between mind, breath and body as well as soothing areas of tension and stiffness.
A wholesome brunch will follow, allowing you to chat with your fellow yogis and reflect on the morning around a communal table.
There is an optional coastal hike after brunch lead by Meadow co-owner and health coach, Nick. It is our aim that you will leave feeling energised as well as calm and relaxed, ready to fully embrace the week ahead or even your holiday!
Brunch will be served-sharing style, here is a sample menu:
- Herbal tea or wellbeing tonic on arrival
- Meadow smoothies
- Homemade bread served with spiced grilled halloumi, spinach, pomegranate and toasted seeds.
- Homemade powerballs
- Turmeric lattes (or coffees, if you prefer!)
We cater for vegan and gluten free diets. Please let us know if you have any food allergies or specific dietary requirements on booking.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW
See date options on dropdown menu. Please wear appropriate fitness apparel and bring outdoor footwear for the hike and bring a yoga mat and blanket, if you have them. Spares will be available at the cafe.
Minimum age 16. Each class caters for 6-10 people.
Cost £30 includes brunch menu, 90 minute yoga class, guided coastal hike and brunch. Additional food & drinks are available at extra cost.
