WEEKEND RETREATS

The Meadow Wellbeing Weekends are a chance to disconnect from the digital world and engage in a transformational health journey. Through our locational environment, activity experiences  and nutritional offering  we provide the optimal setting for a paradigm shift in both mind and body.
Philosophy 
Our aim is to provide a culture and environment where guests can flourish both physically and mentally.  Our location encourages a reconnection with the natural world stepping away from the digital landscape and finding stillness from within.  We take a circular, integrative approach to health which incorporates our environmental location, the food we serve and the activities we offer. We see good health as a journey comprising of a series of interlinked experiences and our guests are the centre of their own personal story. We’re not a bootcamp and refrain from offering weigh-ins and calorie counting as our attitude is that embracing good health should be a joyful experience.  However after a journey with us expect to feel a renewed sense of purpose and energy, a healthy relationship with body and mind and a heightened positive attitude towards daily life.
 
Accommodation 
With exclusive use of the hotel, our retreat accommodation is an oasis of peace and calm. Situated within the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park and acres of its own private gardens and woodland, we offer a range of single or shared eco suites featuring hypoallergenic beds, ensuite facilities and a host of understated luxury comforts. Both single sex and shared accommodation can be catered for.

Activity
We curate an active daily schedule centred around moving effectively without pain, increasing lean body mass and boosting metabolic activity.  Including trail hikes, functional movement sessions and yoga, our goal is to provide a daily schedule to invigorate and rejuvenate whilst allowing ample time for quality rest and relaxation.  We understand that everyone is different so we provide a tailored experience for each guest who stays with us, taking into account personal goals and fitness ability.
 
Nutrition
Our daily menu is designed to offer an abundance of nutritionally rich, wholesome foods without compromising on taste or flavour.  Our chefs source ingredients locally and seasonally where possible and prepare them freshly onsite. Our dishes are mainly vegetarian with a focus on produce that is naturally high in vitamins, minerals and protein, helping to promote a healthy body from the inside out.

7am- Meditation & Stillness 
7.30 - Pre Breakfast Experience  - Metabolic Energiser
9.15 - Breakfast
10.30- Morning Activity Experience - Trail Hike/Coastal Adventure
1pm - Lunch followed by rest & relaxation
2.30pm - Afternoon Activity Experience  - Nature Immersion Journey
4.30pm- Tea & Reflection 
5.30 - Twilight Yoga - Embrace The Wild 
6.30- Optional Treatments - Reflection
8pm - Dinner and Stories  

Weekends run from 2pm on Thursday to  2pm Sunday.

The Meadow is open as follows over New Year:

   New Years Eve, 31st December: 10am - 4pm

   New Years Day, 1st January: 10am - 5pm

As normal from 2nd January - OPEN MIC every Wednesday night.
