Join us at The Meadow for a morning dedicated entirely to your own health and wellbeing. The morning will include a hands on workshop, demos and a brunch prepared by the Meadow chefs.
Run by Naturopathic Nutritionist, Lucy Davies, you can expect a down-to-earth approach to eating healthily whilst still enjoying delicious food (& cake!).
The workshop will focus on gut health, hydration and detoxing, with ideas for taking the stress, guilt & judgement out of it all.
During the morning you'll:
MAKE: Rye sourdough bread, fermented turmeric 'beer' & raw chocolate
ENJOY: A demo of naturopathic detox techniques
EAT: Brunch, including a Lucy's sourdough rye and a selection or fermented food
TAKE HOME: Sourdough starter culture, turmeric bug & info/ recipe leaflet
It's our aim that you will leave the morning feeling empowered to eat healthily with a simple toolkit and ideas to help you do this with minimal fuss.
We cater for vegan and gluten free diets. Please let us know if you have any food allergies or specific dietary requirements on booking.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW
Minimum age 16. Each class caters for 6-12 people.
Cost includes brunch, workshop and take-home information and starters. Additional food & drinks are available at extra cost.
